Cajon - A Box Drum

==========================================

This drum was made for a very good friend of ours; she in fact is a praise leader in our Congregation. She is a joy to all of us, and I a certain that she is a joy to YHVH (God).

Floating Bathroom Vanity & Shelf

==========================================

This is a new Floating Bathroom Vanity we just installed and even customized for the user to precision. The guys who made the countertop of marble or quartz said it was very sturdy. It should be! One of the minor projects she wanted done is the removal of a frame around the mirror. To do this work, my wife applied a lot of heat, and a litter bit of oscillation from an oscillating saw, to get rid of it; all while she was STANDING on top of the cabinet. No! She is not a big woman, but she is no frail and delicate flower either . . . she is my wife. She is tough and strong, brave and bold, and when the owner saw her standing on the cabinet, she was amazed. We also built the floating shelf for towels below. It hides the plumbing exit.

Barber Shop Benches & with Storage

A young couple opened a new barbershop where an old one had been. It is called Against the Grain and you should stop in and look at their benches. There are four of them, all different, designed to fit a specific space, in a specific motif. They wanted the bench below modified to their needs, and they got it. While you are there, get a shave and a haircut. :-D

Nezuko's Box

==========================================

There is an Anime series called Demon Slayer, and one of the lead characters is named Nezuko, and she is carried around in a box (that greatly resembles this) by her brother. This one is meant to contain the complete Demon Slayer video series for the customer's daughter.

A Star of David 

==========================================

This was commissioned as a birthday present for one of the Elders of our Congregation Beth Simcha - you should really stop by. Take a look and notice that there is a Cross built into the Star - I used lighter coloured wood for that part. It is heavy enough to be used as a weapon if there are any Anti-Semites out there.

A Cross 

==========================================

This was also commissioned for the Elder's birthday. The Cross is also made of Oak with a base of oak and walnut, with all edges rounded, so it is smooth to handle and solid as a rock. The stain is reflective of the stains of Blood and Sin on the lives of everyone, reminding us that the Cross is the only payment for Sin that can completely remove it from the Sinner.

Hexagon Chotchki Shelf

This item is to give a place to place a few shelf-worthy belongings. It is made from Oak Surfaced plywood (¾ inch thick) stained black and sealed with poly. There are NO fasteners in it either. :-D

Tis the Season

==========================================

Merry Christmas to all with this Mantle Box to hold stockings for the whole family.  This one was made for a family that needs to hang 10 stockings. I guess they only want to show off their 6 favorites!!!

A Monkey Bar for Christmas

==========================================

Dad is deployed to Calipornia, but Christmas could still be made for one young man, thanks to his Mom calling on us. Notice how the assembly allows for the top section to be raised as the boy becomes more of a man. At it's top height it can be almost 8 feet tall.

Stained Hardwood Cabinet Gliders

==========================================

These were made much like the ones below, but the wood has been stained instead of painting. These allow the owners to slide all the objects out on a tray, up to 100 pounds each, to a place where the belongings stored there can be grasped, lifted and removed, returned and re-slid to the back as needed. It is an excellent idea for those of us of an age when we don't wish to kneel to get something out of a cupboard. For video of this set, click here.

Full Wall Bookcase

This one has LED lights surrounding the major cabinets, & those lights can change or remain a single colour, they can flash or pulse as desired. Watch the video of the Disco Bookcase~!!!

Wooden Service Cart

This service cart was a special commission for a lovely lady who wants to sell snacks. She brought the bins and the ideas, and I made the wonderful thing. I hope you like it, and if you want one, let me know.

A Trestle Table and Bench for a Rental

My daughter's family has a house at Canyon Lake they rent out through Air BnB. I made this table & bench for that house. She and her husband wanted them unfinished so they could paint & stain as they chose.

A Rabbi's Frame 

==========================================

Our dear friend Rabbi Randy Shapiro retired from active service as an elder of our Congregation Beth Simcha and I created a frame to hold his Certificate as Elder Emeritus. I hope you like it as much as Rabbi Randy does.

Drawer Inserts for Heavy Pan Cabinet Gliders 

==========================================

These sliders were installed because these cabinets are used to hold large and heavy pots, pans and small appliances. These can be a bit heavy to get in and out, especially in the back. So let's bring the back to the front . . . and then some. See them in action.

Corner Wrapping Bookcase

This room has a protrusion into it from the corner for the chimney of the fireplace below, so we wrapped it in books, and put Magazine Holders on one side. The purple haze is from the lights across the room. Jimi Hendrix may have been playing~!!!

In-Cabinet TV Stand with Sliding Top & Laptop Drawer 

========================================== 

This cabinet is in the dining room of a very nice house. The TV used to set on a small box (about 7" tall) inside this cabinet, which meant that it couldn't be seen by most of the people at the table - being low - and because it was in the cabinet, about 2/3 of it could not be seen by the person at the head of the table. This stand not only fits the decor, but it lifts the TV 30 inches & allows the owners to pull the screen out nearly TWO FEET into the room for viewing.

 A Feature Wall in our Dining Room

Just in case you could use a focal point in an area, a nice feature wall can do the trick. This wall is cased in what used to be fence pickets.

This is what it looks like in real life. See the dog? That's real life~!!!
